SURVEY
When planning a job or hire with cranes, our technicians enter the site in advance to carry out a preliminary inspection. The erection of a tower crane involves a careful prior assessment of the characteristics of the construction site, which must be carried out by a team of specialists.
PLANNING
For correct assembly, disassembly and service work, it is very important to have a complete overview of the process. Adequate planning of the work makes it possible to work safely and to precisely coordinate the workers who will intervene on site.
ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY
In order to safely erect the crane, it is first necessary to choose the right location, taking into account certain conditions, such as: the strength of the ground on which the crane will rest and, above all, the safety of the people who will be involved on the construction site and in the immediate vicinity. We are certified: ISO 9001:2015 OHSAS 18001:2007
TESTING
The experience and training of our technicians and our collaboration with an engineering firm enables us to meet the obligation set out in Article 71, Paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree 81/2008, where it is prescribed that cranes and lifting equipment must undergo periodic and extraordinary inspections to ascertain their state of operation and preservation for the safety of workers.

QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE
The regular maintenance and inspection of a crane includes a series of operations and checks that, if carried out correctly and professionally, can prevent possible breakdowns and subsequent accidents. Our experienced personnel carry out checks on: ropes, insulation of electric cables and electrically powered devices, brakes of the various motors, and the lubrication of all moving parts.
OVERHAULS AND REPAIRS
We have 8 vehicles equipped with a mobile workshop to cope with all types of work.
We carry out repair work on multi-brand cranes, and can also repair radio controls and inverters.
SALE OF SPARE PARTS
Thanks to an in-house mechanical workshop and modern equipment, we are able to repair and overhaul cranes or parts of them, rewind electric motors, overhaul winches, replace slewing rings, overhaul multi-brand switchboards and radio controls, and install inverters.
BUILDING CRANE ASSISTANCE
Our specialists ensure the highest level of service according to certified standards and procedures, from transport and installation of complex machinery to the supply of simple consumables. We can plan and carry out all routine maintenance to extend the life of the machine and ensure optimum performance at all times.
